Job description
Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma is searching for a Multi-Unit District Manager with a passion to train, coach and engage team members to help us expand our growing brand. This position is responsible for the oversight of existing store operations and will assist with new business opportunities in our markets. The District Manager is expected to assist with planning and implementing strategic goals, maximize store performance and productivity, oversee inventory presentation and control, protect company assets through loss prevention and operational efficiencies, drive customer service, manage workforce development, assist with development of new store site selections and manage new store openings, lead systems selections and implementation and establish key vendor relationships.
· Previous management experience in multi-unit retail or convenience store environment.
· Capability of prioritizing tasks and driving performance to accomplish goals.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting, management, and planning skills are a necessity.
· Must have demonstrated strong collaborative skills and shown the ability to work within a team. Must get along well with others.
· Must have strong organizational and project management skills
· Daily travel is required.
· Five+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
