Job Description: WTOK is looking for a Help Desk Technician. Candidate will support and maintain in-house computer systems and peripherals. Primary duties include answering help desk calls and responding to requests entered into the ticketing system. This would include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading end user hardware, software, and peripherals.
Other responsibilities:
• Provide level one support to end-users for applications and hardware
• Manage help desk ticket assignment
• Elevate tickets as required for a timely resolution
• Work with other members of the IT staff as necessary
• Assist in maintaining help desk ticketing system
• Assist in projects that involve end user software or hardware
• Other duties as assigned
Additional Skills/Qualifications:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous help desk and/or computer technician experience preferred
