Wyandotte/Bearskin Services, Wyandotte OK has a potential opportunity to provide experienced Project Manager, Specialty Area 48 (CyberIT/CSWF Workforce Model) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Information Technology/Cybersecurity (IT/CS) Department (7.2), Base Telephone Office (BTO). The principal place of performance will be Patuxent River, MD, St. Indigoes, Webster Field, Solomons Island Annex and commercially leased space in Hollywood and California, MD. Must be a US Citizen and have an active Secret Clearance
SUMMARY
This candidate is responsible for onsite Project Management for Voice Telecommunications Services (VTS), Low Bit Rate Video (LBRV) circuits, and long haul data communications links for the IT/CS customer community, which includes the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Washington Liaison Office (WLO) and Washington Planning Center (WPC), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, NAS based Tenants, NAWCAD Webster Field MD, NRC Solomons Island, and other Naval activities with whom the command may be required to establish voice communications in support of its mission.
This effort includes telecommunications network support services necessary for the day-to-day operation, administration, and maintenance of a Government owned and managed telephone system comprised of a Lucent Technologies 5 Electronic Switching System (5ESS) digital central office circuit switching system, seven (7) Optical Remote Modules (ORMs), approximately 30,000 Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) and analog phone lines, approximately 16,000 voicemail accounts and Defense Information Systems Agency [DISA], Local Exchange Carrier [LEC], and NAS Patuxent River provided circuits.
SCOPE OF WORK
The candidate will provide Project Management, Status Reporting, and Documentation for support of approximately 3,000 wireless devices working directly with individual customers, wireless carriers, and Government personnel. Administrative support such as maintaining documentation processes and procedures, asset management, and billing, is also required.
The candidate will be responsible for management of technical staff for analysis, design, programming, software conversion, production support, system maintenance, and software engineering for the 5ESS and peripheral equipment, Callegra voicemail systems and installation of a broad range of circuits to include T-1’s, PRI’s, OC3 and above, Transport Layer Security [TLS] Ethernet circuits, maintenance and programming of both digital and analog telephones, and Inside/Outside cable plant premise wiring.
The candidate will provide oversight for the assigned support tasks, which include preventative maintenance; complete quality control; supervision of contracted employees; schedule control; and provide equipment, tools, materials and test equipment, technical personnel, and non-personal services necessary to perform tasks as defined.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• The minimum educational requirement is a B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent combined education; training and hands-on (OJT) experience may substitute for industry certifications.

• Must have Active SECRET CLEARANCE
