Bearskin Services has a long-term contract opportunity for an Application Support resource at Southwestern Power Administration, an agency of the Department of Energy in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities: • Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies for service delivery and improvement • Perform SharePoint administration for support of record management and department pages • Perform Track-It administration for service ticket tracking • Perform Service Now administration for business workflows and service ticket tracking • Perform Intranet and Internet web page support which includes MS ASP.net skills • Perform Captiva support for record scanning • Perform support, enhancement and testing to some custom developed applications utilizing tools such as: C#, .NET, WPF, SQL Server, JavaScript, Visual Studio, TFS
• Able to function independently and produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness and acceptability • Excellent comprehension and adherence to processes and procedures • Excellent communication and follow through with clients and team members • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent work ethic. Willing to do whatever needs to be done to personally succeed and help the team succeed
Job Requirements: • Some work may include evening and/or weekend hours • Some travel may be required • Must be a U.S. Citizen • No relocation
